Any Joe Shmoe, even Oprah Winfrey or Michelle Obama, who runs can win, as we’ve seen by their “winning” of the House of Representatives where they “won” so much with 50,000 votes more than could have possibly come in after election. It’s highly surprising though that Hillary couldn’t pull it through in 2016 with all that fraud, dead votes, duplicate and triplicate votes and rigged machines.
