A delegation of 60 GOP members of Congress were in Eagle Pass, Texas today to witness first-hand the destructive nature of President Biden’s failed border policies. Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz shared a clip on X sent to him by a Texas official that shows CBP destroying sections of the razorwire border.

House Speaker Mike Johnson was also part of the delegation; he delivered remarks Wednesday afternoon.
“If President Biden wants a supplemental spending bill focused on national security, it better begin by defending America’s national security,” Johnson said.
“Under President Biden, America has laid out a welcome mat to illegal immigrants, smugglers and cartels. He is responsible for the grave threat to our national security and our nation’s sovereignty that these policies have created. But instead of taking responsibility and providing leadership, this administration has done nothing but attack elected officials who are trying to fix this catastrophe,” Johnson said.
