A lawsuit filed by Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, along with victims of terror attacks in Israel, asserts that the Biden administration unlawfully allocated $1.5 billion in aid to organizations in Gaza and the West Bank, which purportedly contributed to funding Hamas and other terrorist factions. The lawsuit, as reported by the New York Post, has been bolstered by an amended complaint submitted on March 25. It contends that President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken have long been aware that the U.S. assistance is facilitating Hamas’ activities, including the construction of tunnels, procurement of weapons, and establishment of command and control infrastructure, among other terror-related endeavors.

Despite such awareness, Biden’s administration, alongside other officials, persist in their endeavors to provide funding to the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and similar entities operating in Gaza and the West Bank. The lawsuit underscores the State Department’s acknowledgment of the “high risk” associated with the possibility of these funds reaching terrorist organizations. Furthermore, it alleges a violation of the Taylor Force Act, signed into law by former President Donald Trump in 2018, which prohibits the allocation of U.S. taxpayer funds to entities associated with the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The lawsuit contends that the allocation of funds, ostensibly intended for social services, education, and infrastructure, enabled the Palestinian Authority to divert its own resources towards supporting terrorism, contravening the stipulations of the Taylor Force Act. Jackson, represented by American First Legal, has taken legal action against the president, asserting violations of the aforementioned act, which bars any U.S. taxpayer funding from reaching the PA.

Originally filed in 2023, the complaint has been amended to incorporate newly obtained emails through Freedom of Information Act requests. These emails purportedly reveal the administration’s efforts to undermine Israel, suggesting a deliberate policy shift from the preceding administration’s stance on Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem. Reed Rubenstein, a lawyer for America First and former U.S. deputy associate attorney general during the Trump era, emphasized the administration’s deliberate actions, alleging that despite foreseeing the potential consequences, they proceeded with funding increases aimed at empowering Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

A federal judge rejected a motion by the Biden administration to dismiss the case on October 9, just two days following an onslaught by Hamas terrorists that claimed the lives of an estimated 1,200 individuals, including 33 Americans. Jackson, addressing the Post, accused Biden and Blinken of having “blood on their hands,” attributing Palestinian terror against Israel directly to the allocation of millions of American taxpayer dollars to UNRWA. He further voiced concerns over the deteriorating stability in the Middle East, attributing it to the perceived recklessness and weakness of the Biden administration.

In a separate interview with Newsmax on October 11, Jackson reiterated his claims regarding the Biden administration’s purported funding of Hamas over an extended period. He asserted that payments to the Palestinian Authority resumed shortly after Biden assumed office, implying a continuation of previous financial support to entities linked with Hamas and terrorism in Israel. Jackson vowed to pursue transparency by demanding access to all relevant records, aiming to substantiate these claims and raise awareness among the American populace regarding the alleged funding of terrorism by the Biden administration.

    • The only ones “employing” “Biden & Co.” are the sleepers like you. If you still believe that “Biden” is around and is the US president, you’re really a lost case. You need to take some boosters to wake you up.
