A new cancer treatment has been found to stop the disease from spreading in patients who are resistant to immunotherapy, The Guardian reports. Medical researchers have found that a combination of immunotherapy and the experimental drug guadecitabine can reverse a cancer’s resistance to immunotherapy—a treatment in which the body’s immune system is harnessed to seek and destroy cancer cells.
It’s typically used when other treatments including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy have not been successful. But some tumors can become resistant to immunotherapy, leaving patients without further options. British oncologists found that the pairing of guadecitabine and immunotherapy stopped cancer from spreading in a third of patients enrolled in a trial. Read more at The Guardian.

Yes! Eating a healthy diet is always great and can not hurt. And you SHOULD be doing that.. But to expect it to heal in place of treatment can be of danger.

It is very possible since cancel cells need sugar to survive. Besides for eliminating actual sugar and fruits from the diet a person would have to eliminate complex carbohydrates. And it may help weaken the cancel cells enough to help the body win them over. I never tired it and i dont know if it can help any types of cancers but the idea sounds interesting enough to try.
It would be nice if there was an organization that would help people who want to go this route first as many cancers are slow growing & people options that arent so strong like chemo.
