Rav Gershon Ribner, rosh kollel of Kollel Nesivos HaTorah, has been appointed as the new mara d’asra of the Tallmawr Ashkenaz Minyan in Toms River, NJ.
Rav Ribner, a renowned marbitz Torah, had been sought after by many kehillos in Lakewood and beyond seeking a rov.
Rav Ribner is famed for his shiurim, his riveting hashkafah shailos uteshuvos often featured here on Matzav.com, and his classic seforim, Apischa D’Bava, Apischa Dishmatsa, and more.
Rav Ribner is a son of Rav Shlomo Ribner and a son-in-law of Rav Shnuer Kotler zt”l, rosh yeshiva of Bais Medrash Govoah.
Rav Ribner joins the other local rabbonim in Tallymawr, Rav Boruch Rabinowitz, Rav Binyomin Weinrib, and Rav Shimon Yisroel Meisels.
