It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Reb Mordechai Eisenberg z”l of Boro Park. He was 73.
Reb Mordechai was a vital part of Agudas Yisroel and the Agudah of Boro Park. A talmid of Yeshivas RJJ, he was close to Rav Mendel Zaks and received semicha there.
For many years, he davened at Minyan Torah Vodaath which was led by Rav Yitzchok Eizik Liebes, as well as the Agudah of 14th Avenue.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mirel (nee Reichman) Eisenberg, and his family.
The levaya is taking take place now at Shomrei Hadas Chapels, located at 3803 14th Avenue in Brooklyn.
